The manuscript may be written in English or French.

Information about oral presentation

The duration of oral interventions is set at 15 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions for conventional presentations, and 25 minutes of presentation followed by 10 minutes of questions for invited presentations.  

Presentations may be made in English or French.
However, out of respect for our non-french speaking collegues, we encourage participants to present in english.

Poster

Posters do not have a predefined template. Please note that the printing and transport of the poster is the responsibility of the participants.

Hanging panels will be provided. The size provided for hanging is A0 format. For different dimensions (especially higher), please provide a solution.

Posters can be in English or French.
